TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:

By accessing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not use CornChip Dog Collective (“CCDC”) Website. In addition, when you use any current or future CCDC service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with CCDC, whether or not included in the CCDC Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. USA shipping & handling rates are based upon weight of each individual package/items and the postage cost for the shipping carrier and service you select.

The shipping carrier will NOT require a signature for delivery unless you request signature confirmation at the time you place your order.  You can find more information on shipping procedures here:

CCDC ships only to locations within the United States of America.

A shipping and handling fee is applied to all orders. The shipping and handling cost is a non-negotiable flat rate fee that covers the cost of postage as well as handling and packaging costs. If a delivery is refused by the customer without CCDC authorization, a fee for return shipment and/or a restocking fee may be deducted from any potential refund. CCDC’s official processing time for in-stock items is 2-3 business days for in-stock items and 2-5 business days for custom and/or made-to-order items. While we strive to expedite and deliver all orders as quickly as possible, we ask all customers to allow us 4-8 business days for delivery time after CornChip Dog Collective has processed your order, although an order may be delivered in quicker time. Once an order is placed into our database, it takes time to process in fulfillment and ship out. Postal and/or shipping delays can increase delivery times.

 

CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, CCDC may not be able to cancel the order. Please be sure to thoroughly review your order before confirming to verify details such as, but not limited to, correct spelling of name, correct address, and the products you are ordering. If you need to cancel an order, you can contact CCDC to see if we may be able to assist but CCDC can’t guarantee any specific outcome.

 

USE OF PRODUCT

Please read all manufacturer information, instructions and warnings for all products before use. Please actively monitor all use of all products. If a product appears damaged, please immediately cease use of said product. Any questions or concerns regarding the health and/or lifestyle of an animal should be directly communicated with a licensed veterinarian. You can provide the licensed veterinarian with the manufacturer information for the product(s). If you believe there is an issue with a product and have already read the information provided by the manufacturer, please notify CCDC within 24 hours with as much information as possible so that we can review further: info@cornchipdogcollective.com.

 

RETURNS

CCDC will accept returns that are initiated no more than 30 days after delivery. You must contact CCDC (info@cornchipdogcollective.com) prior to returning an item. Once the return has been approved by CCDC, the item must be returned within 7 business days from receiving the return approval from CCDC. Please follow any instructions provided to you by CCDC. Once CCDC receives the item, an inspection will take place and, if approved, the refund will be issued. Please allow 10 business days for return processing after items are received in our facility, and note that after the refund is initiated on CCDC’s end, it may take a bit of time to be processed through your financial institution. Items stolen or lost in transit back to CCDC are not eligible for a refund. The following additional terms will apply to returns:

-If an item appears to be dirty/damaged, we will refuse the return and/or refund request

-Proof of purchase is required

-Returns should not be sent back to the product manufacturer and must be handled through CCDC

-Final sale/clearance items are ineligible for refund or exchange

-CCDC may refuse refund/return requests in the event that a customer has multiple refund/return requests in a small timeframe. This is at the discretion of CCDC. This policy is in place to prevent an unreasonable amount of return/refund requests.

A side note: we are a small business and would love to keep our return rate as low as possible. Please be sure to check product details, such as, but not limited to, fabric and fit, prior to purchasing. Instead of a return, please consider an exchange or gifting the item you bought to a friend/family member. We thank you in advance for your thoughtful shopping.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are ineligible for refund or exchange. Gift cards cannot be canceled once purchased.

 

YOUR ACCOUNT

For purposes of identification, billing and marketing, you agree to provide CornChip Dog Collective with current, accurate, complete, and updated information required by the registration for online ordering, including your legal name, address and telephone number(s). You agree to notify CornChip Dog Collective immediately of any changes in your registration data. Proceeding with the registration process indicates your intent to comply with this term.

 

DELIVERY OF NOTIFICATION

You may receive e-mail notification of the shipment of products at the e-mail address provided in your registration. It is your responsibility as a user to maintain accurate records of these e-mails and accurate updates of changes to your e-mail address. You further acknowledge that there may be system failures that may limit your ability to use the Website services and you agree that you will react accordingly when the Website system once again becomes available. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes the acceptance of web delivery of notifications in lieu of any other submission from CornChip Dog Collective and failure to receive any other form of this data is not defensible grounds for non-payment of monies due from you to CornChip Dog Collective.
