Shipping policy

When we get notified of your order, we’re stinkin’ on it! We aim to process all orders within 24 hours! It’s important to us to get you and your best friend the products as quickly as possible for your next big adventure.

However, please note that our official processing time is 2-3 business days for in-stock items. For orders that are custom and/or made-to-order, the official processing time is 2-5 business days. Once an order is shipped, it may take 4-8 business days to arrive. Some orders may be shipped in more than one package. Additionally, business days are Monday through Friday and do not include federal holidays. Postal and/or shipping delays can increase delivery times.
